Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The in-home consultation and quote are free, with no obligation.
What areas do you serve?
Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Sherwood, Conway, Benton, Bryant, Cabot and White Hall.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
How long does an install take?
Most single-room jobs take a day. Whole-home systems are scheduled in stages.
Do you work with existing equipment?
Yes. We upgrade and integrate systems you already have.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, a one-year workmanship warranty. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty.
Do you work on businesses?
Yes, residential and light commercial.
Do you help with Comcast / Xfinity?
Yes. We are an official CXI agent serving Comcast / Xfinity customers for internet, WiFi, modem and cable box issues.
Do security cameras need a subscription?
No. Our camera systems record locally, with no subscription required.
How do I pay?
By check.
What if something stops working?
